Spencer Hinds, a Tallahassee native, is a business banker at Capital City Bank who provides expert guidance to small business owners and entrepreneurs, helping them find financial tools tailored to their needs. He began his career as an intern at Capital City Trust Company in 2019, shortly after graduating from Florida State University with degrees in finance and business management. In January 2020, Hinds joined Capital City Bank as a credit analyst, advanced to a commercial banker role in June 2022, and transitioned to business banking in January 2023. In 2022, he was honored as a top service leader at Star Summit, an annual event recognizing exceptional sales and service achievements. At the same event, he also received the Fire Starter award, given to a relatively new associate who achieves notable success quickly. Beyond his professional work, Hinds serves on the board of Treehouse of Tallahassee, contributing to his community.
