Tom Higgins joined the Capital City Bank as a client experience manager in March of 2020, bringing a wealth of real estate experience, and was promoted to retail business banker in October 2022. As a retail business banker, he takes a relationship-centered approach to financial services and focuses on using his talents to help his clients build and maintain strong financial futures. Prior to joining the Capital City team, Higgins worked as a real estate agent, and investor flipping homes for three years in Boise Idaho, following a brief stint as diamond wholesaler in San Francisco. He graduated with his Master of Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University.
